Easy Peasy Pulled Pork

Updated: Jan 22, 2019

I like to make this delicious pulled pork for groups of 6 or more. It is incredibly easy and you can even be out of the house all day and not have to worry about it! I like to serve it with rolls and bbq sauce for sandwiches but you can even eat it by itself or in any dish you can imagine. Here we go!

Ingredients

Pork shoulder (about 1/4lb per adult)

Salt & Pepper to taste

1. Heat an ungreased skillet at medium-high heat.

2. Season pork shoulder with salt and pepper to your liking.

3. Sear the top and bottom of pork shoulder until lightly browned. This step ensures the flavor will stay in and it gives the meat a nice texture.

4. Place in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6.

5. Shred pork with forks. Keep on low for about 30 more minutes then serve.
